Shipping Costs

Australia: Free shipping via Australia Post for all subscription boxes.
International: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and will update our policy once international shipping becomes available.

Delivery Time

Australia: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.
Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Address Changes

Updates: If you need to change your shipping address, please update your account information or contact us at least two weeks before the next shipment date to ensure your box is sent to the correct address.

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary.
Damaged Items: If any items in your box arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a suitable solution.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We rarely offer returns and refunds on these boxes. However, we stand firmly behind the quality and value of our products. If you do not love your first box, customers can initiate a refund, return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the box.
